Summary Edition
Where it started…
George and Jessica both swiped right on Tinder. The perfect first date on November 17, 2018 occurred in Hollywood after several weeks of chatting via the app. This date started at Museum of Death and ended at the Velvet Room. It was the best and last first date the two of them would be on.
Where it went…
George and Jessica lived together in North Hollywood, CA for 3 years. They started living together right before the pandemic. With the ups and downs most suffered during the pandemic, they thrived. Yet, they needed more space with working from home and everything shut down. Life was great but they needed to grow as well.
How it kept on…
To get that space they looked 3000 miles east. During Superbowl Sunday of 2022 they flew out to Scranton, a small city in Pennsylvania known for ‘The Office’. After 30 homes and 2 offers, they were under contract on their first home. In April of 2022 they closed on their home. It wasn’t big and flashy but it fit them perfectly.
Over the years they have traveled to islands, bought a home and got swindled into having cats. Three to be exact. Everything was already perfect for them, so what next?
Where they are now…
After years of planning and getting the family’s blessing it happened. On August 30, 2024 in Tulum, MX on the rooftop of Dune Resort in perfect weather, Jessica asked the love of her life, George, to marry her. After much babbling and shock, he said YES! The vacation was the best they had ever taken and the engagement made it a million times better.
